1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Open OHTTP Relay service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. "Early Alpha" Status

Detailed Warning: This Service is currently in an Early Alpha stage. It is experimental software.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3. No SLA or Guarantees

We explicitly do not provide any Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service may experience downtime, data loss, or significant changes at any time without notice. Do not rely on this Service for mission-critical production workloads.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable national or international laws.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service or related systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grafain UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
